I'm going to list questions here that people have asked via email or on other sites and paste the answers, to have them all in one place.

Soulbound Weapons

Q) What happens if someone uses Dispel on a character who has Quickened or Shielded from her Soulbound weapon? Do the Conditions go away and then come back on her turn or does it just not work?

A) Dispel does not work on Soulbound Weapons because it negates powers, not effects. If you want to take away someone's conditions that are granted by Soulbound Weapons, you're going to have to disarm them.

Summoning

Q) If you have a Companion eidolon and a second eidolon that you can summon, can you have both present at the same time, or do you have to dismiss the Companion to summon the other eidolon? If they can both be in play at the same time, can they both take actions, or does the summoner have to choose each round which of the three of them takes an action?

A) I didn't plan for there to be multiple eidolons per summoner present at one time. But in the end, what matters is that the summoner doesn't get multiple actions. So if you let multiple eidolons be there, only one of them (summoner or one eidolon) can act per round.
