Great RPG concept, congrats! Some comments:

Perousing thru the rulebook I've found a lack of real in-depth description of the genre. It would be swell if you could, more or less, write more on this subject, giving more in-depth examples of your sources (for instance: "Record of Lodoss War: an anime as D&D as you can get") - a brief plot & theme summary & why it fills the Anime Fantasy niche.
This idea was very useful to me when I got the Guardians of Order supplements Deux ex Machina & Dreaming Cities, because each came with a chapter solely dedicated to the history & description of the book's genre (the former, Cyberpunk, the later Urban Fantasy). Even though I thought I already knew a lot about both these genres I found myself pleasently surprised & with the bibbliography, et al. provided, which set me on the path on acquiring more books, movies, games, etc., of these subgenres.

Also, you could sprinkle the text with more references to anime/manga. Like: after the goals rules text there could be examples of goals from anime/manga (referencing this or that series - "like when Such & Such character did this & that in the Guyver, episode 34"). This would work especially well in your Advice chapter (eg. Sample Wish Fulfillment characters from famous animes: This Guy & That from this anime/manga).
